摘  要:随着同一井台井数的增加,井口间的距离越来越小,定向钻井工程对井眼防碰技术的要求越来越高。为高效地实现邻井防碰,根据已钻井井下管柱周围空间的磁场分布规律,研制了兼具测距和测斜2种功能的随钻磁测距防碰系统样机,进行了样机的地面磁测距过程模拟试验和现场试验。地面模拟试验结果表明,邻井间距小于等于15.31 m时,探管到套管径向距离的计算误差小于±4%,方向计算误差小于±4°。现场试验结果表明,随钻磁测距防碰系统测距计算结果可靠,能够用于丛式井防碰作业。研究结果可为邻井防碰技术研究提供参考。As the number of wells on a platform increases,the wellhead spacing is getting smaller and smaller,and the requirements of directional drilling engineering for wellbore anti-collision technology are getting higher and higher.In order to effectively realize the anti-collision of adjacent wells,based on the magnetic field distribution around the downhole string of wells drilled,a prototype of magnetic ranging anti-collision while drilling system with both ranging and inclinometry functions was developed,and used to conduct ground magnetic ranging process simulation test and field test.The test results show that when the well spacing is less than or equal to 15.31 m,the calculation error of the radial distance from the probe to the casing is less than±4%,and the calculation error of the direction is less than±4°.The field test results show that the magnetic ranging anti-collision while drilling system has reliable ranging calculation results,and can be used in the anti-collision operation of cluster wells.The study results provide reference for the research of adjacent well anti-collision technology.
