摘 要:为探究双蜗壳气液旋流分离器内部流场分布规律及液膜的形成,采用EWF模型,通过CFD数值模拟得到双蜗壳气液旋流分离器内速度分布和压力分布,并结合流场分析液膜的形成及运动特性。研究结果表明:柱段上半部分受排气心管底部的影响,排气管近壁面处的切向速度骤降;柱段下半部分切向速度呈“M”形的轴对称分布;轴向速度呈外围下行流,中心上行流的分布趋势;渐缩段三相速度均较稳定,数值相对较小且呈现良好的规律性;压力最低处位于排气心管底部中心处;柱段和渐缩段压力呈轴对称分布,外旋流压力高,内旋流压力低;柱段和渐缩段流场分布较稳定,是两相分离的关键部位,液膜也在此段形成。所得结论可为天然气水合物排水采气装置的研发和应用提供理论依据。In order to explore the distribution law of internal flow field and the formation of liquid film in the double volute gas-liquid cyclone separator,the EWF model was used,the CFD numerical simulation was conducted to obtain the velocity distribution and pressure distribution in the double volute gas-liquid cyclone separator.Finally,combined with the flow field,the formation and motion characteristic of liquid film were analyzed.The study results show that the upper part of the column section is affected by the bottom of the exhaust pipe,and the tangential velocity near the wall of the exhaust pipe decreases sharply.The tangential velocity in the lower part of the column section presents an“M”shaped axisymmetric distribution;the axial velocity shows a distribution trend of peripheral downward flow and central upward flow.The three-phase velocity in the reducing section is relatively stable,the value is relatively small and shows good regularity.The lowest pressure is located in central part at the bottom of the exhaust pipe.The pressure of column section and reducing section shows axisymmetric distribution,the outer vortex pressure is high and the inner vortex pressure is low.The flow field of column section and reducing section shows relatively stable distribution,which are the key parts of the two-phase separation,and the liquid film is also formed in these sections.The conclusions provide a theoretical basis for the development and application of drainage gas recovery device of natural gas hydrate.
