摘 要:为研究缺陷和温度共同作用下套管的抗挤强度变化规律,在套管抗挤强度分析的基础上,建立了磨损套管和腐蚀套管有限元模型,分析了套管磨损量、壁厚、腐蚀坑深度和腐蚀坑半径对套管抗挤强度的影响,并依据分析结果建立了N80钢级套管抗挤强度预测模型。研究结果表明:相同温度下,套管磨损率等量增加,套管抗挤强度出现明显下降且下降幅度逐渐变小;相同温度下,保持套管腐蚀深度等量增加,套管抗挤强度持续下降,下降幅度相差不大;套管的壁厚、磨损率、腐蚀半径和腐蚀坑深度对抗挤率基本没有影响,抗挤率只与温度相关;建立的缺陷套管抗挤强度预测模型在20~200℃的温度范围内,可对套管抗挤强度进行预测,可靠性较高。研究结果可为套管设计和现场应用提供指导。In order to study the collapsing strength variation of casing under the coaction of defects and temperature,on the basis of analyzing the collapsing strength of casing,a finite element model for worn casing and corroded casing was built to analyze the effects of casing wear,wall thickness,etch pit depth and radius on collapsing strength of casing.Based on the analysis results,a collapsing strength prediction model of N80 grade casing was built.The study results show that at the same temperature,the casing wear rate has an equal increase,the collapsing strength of casing decreases significantly but the decrease range becomes small gradually.Similarly,at the same temperature,when the casing corrosion depth has an equal increase,the collapsing strength of casing continues to decrease,but the decrease range is not large.The wall thickness,wear rate,corrosion radius and etch pit depth of casing basically have no effect on the collapsing rate,and the collapsing rate is only related to temperature.The collapsing strength prediction model of defective casing can be used to predict the collapsing strength of casing in the temperature range of 20~200℃with high reliability.The study results provide guidance for design and field application of casing.
