摘　　要：目的 探讨羟考酮复合神经阻滞在髋关节手术中的临床效果。方法 纳入在2020年2月—2022年2月期间进行髋关节手术的160名患者,将其随机分为研究组与对照组,各80例。对照组和研究组采用的麻醉方式分别为全身麻醉和羟考酮复合神经阻滞麻醉。观察两组患者术后NRS疼痛评分以及髋关节活动度。结果 研究组患者术后运动时及静息时疼痛评分均优于对照组患者;研究组患者术后最大屈曲度、术后最大外展度均优于对照组患者;P<0.05有统计学意义。结论 髋关节手术患者采取羟考酮复合神经阻滞麻醉后镇痛效果优,促进了患者髋关节功能的恢复。Objective To explore the clinical effect of oxycodone combined nerve block in hip joint surgery. Methods A total of 160 patients who underwent hip surgery between February 2020 and February 2022 were included and randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 80 cases in each. The anesthesia methods used in the control group and study group were general anesthesia and oxycodone combined nerve block anesthesia, respectively. The postoperative NRS pain score and hip joint range of motion were observed in the two groups of patients. Results The pain scores of the patients in the study group during exercise and at rest were better than those of the control group;the postoperative maximum flexion and maximum abduction of the study group were better than those of the control group;P<0.05 was statistically significant significance. Conclusion Oxycodone combined nerve block anesthesia has excellent analgesic effect in patients with hip joint surgery, which can promote the recovery of hip joint function.
