摘  要:采用CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)(CMAS)于1250℃分别对Sm_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)(SZ)和(Sm_(0.9)Er_(0.1))_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)(SEZ)陶瓷材料进行腐蚀,利用XRD,SEM及EDS等分别对腐蚀后陶瓷材料的物相组成、显微形貌以及元素扩散行为进行了表征。结果表明:SEZ陶瓷材料能够更早地在CMAS/SEZ界面上形成(Sm,Ca)_(4)(Sm,Er)_(6)(SiO_(4))_(6)O_(2)磷灰石相、立方相ZrO_(2)等致密腐蚀产物结晶层,抑制CMAS与SEZ陶瓷材料中元素的相互扩散反应,腐蚀反应层增长速率低、厚度小,受CMAS侵蚀程度低于SZ陶瓷材料,其抗腐蚀性能优于SZ陶瓷材料。The Sm_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)(SZ)and(SM_(0.9)ER_(0.1))_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)(SEZ)ceramics were etched at 1250℃by CMAS.The phase composition,microstructure and elemental diffusion behavior of the etched ceramics were characterized by XRD,SEM and EDS,respectively.The results showed that SEZ ceramic materials can form(Sm,Ca)_(4)(Sm,Er)_(6)(SiO_(4))6O_(2) apatite and cubic ZrO_(2) crystalline layers on the CMAS/SEZ interface first,and inhibit the mutual diffusion reaction of elements in CMAS and SEZ ceramic materials.The growth rate of the corrosion reaction layer is low and the thickness is small.The corrosion resistance of SZ ceramic is better than that of CMAS.
