摘 要:为研究稀土(RE)对HRB500E高强抗震钢筋点蚀行为和耐腐蚀性能的影响,通过浸泡腐蚀和电化学腐蚀的方法探究了稀土对夹杂物溶解及基体电位的作用,通过扫描电镜和能谱仪对腐蚀前后的夹杂物进行表征和分析,并观察浸泡72 h后腐蚀产物的微观形貌。研究结果表明:未添加RE试样发生点蚀的原因是MnS夹杂物的溶解以及Al_(2)O_(3)-MnO-CaO复合夹杂物周围基体的溶解;添加RE试样发生点蚀的原因是REAlO_(3)和REAlO_(3)-MnS夹杂物的溶解,且REAlO_(3)夹杂物可以延缓点蚀坑的形成;添加RE的试样浸泡72 h后,其形成的腐蚀产物更加致密;添加RE后基体腐蚀电位正移,腐蚀电流减小,试验钢的耐腐蚀性能增强。In order to study the effect of rare earth(RE)on the pitting corrosion behavior and corrosion resistance of HRB500E high-strength seismic reinforcement rebar,the effects of RE on dissolution of the inclusions and matrix potential were studied by immersion corrosion and electrochemical corrosion.The inclusions before and after corrosion were characterized and analyzed by scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer,and the micro morphology of corrosion products after immersion for 72 h was observed.The results show that the reasons for pitting corrosion of samples without RE are the dissolution of MnS inclusions and the dissolution of matrix around Al_(2)O_(3)-MnO-CaO composite inclusions.The reason for pitting corrosion of samples with RE is the dissolution of REAlO_(3) and REAlO_(3)-MnS inclusions.Moreover,the REAlO_(3) inclusions can delay the formation of pitting pits.The corrosion products of the sample with RE were denser after 72 h immersion.After adding RE,the corrosion potential of the matrix moved forward,the corrosion current decreased,and the corrosion resistance of the sample steel increased.
