摘 要:双向电磁搅拌是利用周期性变化的电磁力对合金浆料进行双向搅拌,使合金浆料发生强烈混合对流。利用Maxwell 2D和Fluent软件建立了在电磁搅拌作用下制备不同La添加量的半固态A356-wt%La浆料的电磁场和浓度场仿真模型,并结合实验研究在搅拌频率为30 Hz,电流强度为4 A的双向电磁搅拌下,搅拌15 s时稀土在A356铝合金熔体中径向的分布规律,结果表明:电磁搅拌能显著影响富La相的分布,其分布沿铸锭半径方向趋于边沿分布;并且当添加La含量为0.4%时,获得了满足半固态流变成形要求的初生相的平均等积圆直径和形状因子,分别达到35.18μm和0.70,且验证了La趋于边沿分布的仿真结果。Bidirectional electromagnetic stirring is to use the periodically changing electromagnetic force to stir the alloy slurry in both directions,so that the alloy slurry has strong mixing convection.In this paper,the electromagnetic field and concentration field simulation models of semi-solid A356-wt%La slurry with different amount of La addition under electromagnetic stirring were established by using Maxwell 2D and fluent software.Combined with the experiment,the radial distribution law of rare earth in A356 aluminum alloy melt under bidirectional electromagnetic stirring with stirring frequency of 30 Hz and current intensity of 4 A for 15 s was studied.The results show that electromagnetic stirring can significantly affect the distribution of La rich phase,which tends to edge distribution along the ingot radius;When the content of La is 0.4%,the average equal product circle diameter and shape factor of the primary phase meeting the requirements of semi-solid rheological forming are obtained,which reach 35.18μm and 0.70 respectively,and the simulation results of La tending to edge distribution are verified.
