摘  要:制备特种黄铜合金并加工组装成特种防垢器,在大流量循环测试系统中对循环水体进行处理,评价防垢器的防垢率,观察挂片表面结垢的微观形貌,研究特种合金防垢器的防垢效果。研究结果表明:特种黄铜合金具有较高的表面能,能够降低水体的氧化还原电位;在水中发生电化学反应,析出部分Zn^(2+)选择性吸附在CaCO_(3)晶体表面,产生晶格畸变并抑制晶粒生长,使方解石型CaCO_(3)转变为文石型CaCO_(3),减少了系统内壁结垢;模拟水体离子浓度计算出的防垢率与挂片测量出的防垢率分别达到66.44%和63.07%。该特种防垢合金具有较好的防垢效果。The special brass alloy was prepared and processed into a particular anti-scale device. The scale prevention rate of the device was evaluated in the circulating water of the large flow circulation test system. Its anti-scale effect was studied by observing the microscopic morphology of the scale formation on the surface of the coupon. The results showed the brass alloy had the high surface energy and can decrease the redox potential of water, and then the electrochemical reaction occurred in water. Some of the precipitated Zn^(2+) was selectively adsorbed on the surface of CaCO_(3)crystal, resulting in lattice distortion and inhibiting the growth of crystal grain, which transformed calcite CaCO_(3)into aragonite CaCO_(3)and reduced the amount of scaling on the inner wall of the system. The anti-scaling rate obtained by the simulated water ion concentration test and the coupon test can reach 66.44% and 63.07%, respectively, which indicated the special anti-scaling alloy had good scaling prevention effect.
