摘 要:水冷器泄漏是炼化企业循环水系统比较常见的问题,快速查漏消漏对稳定循环水质及避免系统产生危害尤为关键。针对炼化企业水冷器泄漏的危害性,阐述了泄漏排查的现状及所采用的方法,结合水冷器在线紫外荧光漏油监测技术和基于水质知识库的循环水系统预警技术的研究与应用,为循环水系统水冷器实现快速查漏提供了良好的应用前景。The leakage of water cooler is a common problem in circulating water system of refining and chemical enterprises. Quick detection and elimination of leakage is particularly critical for stabilizing circulating water quality and avoiding system hazards. Aiming at the harmfulness of water cooler leakage in refining and chemical enterprises, the current situation and countermeasures was described. The research and application of on-line UV fluorescence oil leakage monitoring technology of water cooler and early warning technology of circulating water system based on water quality, which provide a good application prospect for rapid leakage detection of water cooler in circulating water system.
