摘　　要：本文介绍了西方国家安宁疗护的理念和发展,分析了德国安宁疗护设施种类及人力资源情况,梳理了德国安宁疗护的法律框架与医保支付标准,选取四个案例分析介绍了德国安宁疗护设施规划及运营情况,并就德国安宁疗护体系对中国的借鉴提出了自己的观点。The concept and development of palliative care in western countries are introduced.The types and human resources of hospice care facilities in Germany are analyzed.The legal framework and medical insurance payment standards of German hospice care are sorted out.Four cases are selected to introduce the planning and operation of hospice care facilities in Germany.This paper puts forward the views on the references of the German hospice system to China.
