摘　　要：本文梳理了国内外居住空间适老康复环境营建技术研究与应用概况,以患有血栓栓塞类疾病的老年人为例,通过调研分析他们在患病急性期及恢复期的居住环境现状与康复需求,在空间设计、物理环境、康复景观方面对居住环境提出技术措施建议,以期为优化居住空间,提升老年人的生理与心理康复水平提供参考。This paper summarizes the research and application of the rehabilitation environment construction technology for the elderly in living space at home and abroad.In order to provide references for optimizing the rehabilitation environment and improve the physical and psychological rehabilitation level of the elderly,taking the elderly with thromboembolic diseases as an example,technical measures are proposed for the living environment in terms of space design,physical environment,and rehabilitation landscape,through the investigation and analysis of their living status and rehabilitation needs during their acute and recovery period.
