摘 要:针对四角切圆锅炉存在的烟温、汽温偏差进行了炉膛内不同位置温度测量及烟气流动方向的监测。结果表明:炉膛上部空间残余旋转形成沿屏区宽度方向烟气流量和流动方向的不同导致分隔屏等受热面的吸热量不同,从而引起汽温偏差,这是烟温、汽温偏差产生的根本原因。并对比了1号、2号锅炉在燃烧器设计上的不同而引起的汽温偏差的差异,建议燃用烟煤等四角切圆锅炉可采用小角度的二次风同心反切设计和分离式燃尽风的反切设计,可有效降低烟温偏差。The field measurements at different positions in the furnace and the tests of flue gas flow direction were carried out for the temperature deviation in the tangentially fired boiler.The results show that the residual rotation in the upper space of the furnace forms different flue gas flow rates and flow directions along the width direction of the panel area,which leads to different heat absorption of the heating surfaces such as the partition panels,and thus causes the steam temperature deviation,which is the root cause of the flue gas and steam temperature deviations.The differences in steam temperature deviations caused by different burner designs of boilers No.1and No.2are compared.It is suggested that the tangential firing boiler such as firing bituminous coals use the secondary air concentric reverse tangential design with small angle and the separated over-firing air reverse tangential design,which can effectively reduce the flue gas temperature deviation.
