摘 要:以国内某1000 MW超超临界二次再热П型锅炉为例,通过在不同典型负荷下对烟气再循环系统的运行调整,研究再循环烟气量变化对锅炉蒸汽参数的影响。结果表明:机组负荷越高,烟气再循环对主蒸汽、再热蒸汽汽温及一、二次再热蒸汽温升的影响越显著。1000 MW负荷下,配合烟气再循环系统,主蒸汽、再热蒸汽参数均基本达到额定参数;中低负荷下烟气再循环系统无法独立完成过热蒸汽、再热蒸汽温度之间的匹配,主蒸汽和一、二次再热蒸汽均呈现不同程度的欠温。Taking a domestic 1000 MW ultra-supercritical double reheat cycleП-type boiler as an example,through the operation adjustment of the flue gas recirculation system under different typical loads,the influences of recirculated flue gas flow rate changes on the boiler steam parameters were studied.The results show that the higher the unit load,the more significant the effects of flue gas recirculation on the temperatures of the main and reheated steams and the temperature rises of the reheated steams.Under 1000 MW load,with the flue gas recirculation system,the steam parameters can basically reach the rated parameters;under medium and low loads,the flue gas recirculation system can not independently complete the matching between the temperatures of the main steam and the reheated steams,and all steams exhibit varying degrees of insufficient temperature.
