摘  要:为解决某电厂660MW超超临界锅炉投产后出现汽温偏低和两侧偏差大的问题,对该锅炉进行制粉系统运行优化调整试验和燃烧系统运行优化调整试验。通过分析试验结果,提出采用提高过热度、调节烟气挡板开度、上摆燃烧器喷口、优化二次风配风方式等措施,试验工况下主蒸汽汽温达到601℃(设计值605℃±5℃),再热蒸汽汽温达到623℃(设计值623℃±5℃),主蒸汽汽温左右偏差<9℃,再热蒸汽汽温左右温度偏差<3℃,为在建同类机组提供经验借鉴。To solve the problem of low steam temperature and large temperature deviation on both sides in a 660MW ultra-supercritical boiler,the optimization and adjustment experiment of powdering system and combustion system are operated.Through the analysis of the experiment results,some measures are adopted,such as increasing the overheating degree,adjusting the opening degree of the flue gas baffle,swinging the burner vent,optimizing the secondary air distribution.Under the test conditions,the superheated steam temperature reaches 601℃(design value:605℃±5℃),the reheat steam temperature reaches 623℃(design value:623℃±5℃),the superheated steam temperature deviation is less than 9℃,and the reheat steam temperature deviation is less than 3℃.The results can provide experience as reference for the construction of similar units.
