摘 要:通过实例分析和有限元分析2种方法,分析了水冷壁管内工质流速和内壁垢层对水冷壁管壁温的影响。结果显示:工质流速的降低和内壁垢层厚度的增加均会导致壁温的升高。随着内壁垢层厚度的增加,垢层成为促进壁温升高的主要原因。当壁温升高到一定程度时,会加速显微组织的劣化,促进外壁横向裂纹的生成和管壁的胀粗甚至是泄漏。The effect of scale thickness and working medium velocity on water wall tube were analyzed by case study and finite element calculation.The results revealed that the decrease of working fluid velocity and the increase of inner wall scale thickness will lead to the increase of water wall tube temperature.With the increase of the scale thickness,the scale becomes the main reason for the increase of the water wall tube temperature.When the water wall tube temperature increases to a certain extent,the deterioration of microstructure will be accelerated,the formation of transverse cracks on the outer wall,the expansion and even leakage of the pipe wall will be promoted.
