摘　　要：目的 探讨基质金属蛋白酶在慢性硬膜下血肿发生和复发中的作用。方法 从标本库中取慢性硬膜下血肿手术患者的血清及血肿液标本,其中复发8例,未复发16例,分别对其进行ELISA及明胶酶谱法检测其基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的活性。结果 24例标本血肿液中MMP-2和MMP-9活性明显高于血清(P<0.05),复发组血肿液中MMP-2和MMP-9活性明显高于未复发组(P<0.05)。结论 MMP-2和MMP-9参与慢性硬膜下血肿的发生和发展,同时也是术后复发的危险因素。Objective To investigate the effect of matrix metalloproteinase(MMP) in the occurrence and recurrence of chronic subdural hematoma.Methods The specimen of patients including 8 recurrences and 16 no-recurrences with chronic subdural hematoma were collected,and MMP-2 and MMP-9 levels were detected in the subdural hematoma and serum using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and gelatin-zymog-raphy.Results MMP-2 and MMP-9 levels of the all patients increased Significantly in subdural hematoma as compared with serum( P<0.05).The recurrence group of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in the subdural hematoma were significantly higher than no-recurrences( P<0.05).Conclusion MMP-2and MMP-9 play a role as occurrence and development of chronic subdural hematoma,and also were the risk factors of recurrence.
