摘 要:塔里木油田钻井现场普遍采用“迟到时间法”计算油气上窜速度,实践表明该方法计算值偏大,当计算结果无法满足钻井施工井控安全时,往往采取循环提密度、压重浆帽等措施抑制油气上窜,这样不仅会对油气层造成伤害,更有甚者会造成井漏及井控风险。基于短起下钻油气运移过程对“迟到时间法”进行修正,修正后的计算方法综合考虑了复合钻具与井身结构组合、钻具排替、油气相对钻井液运移的影响。现场应用结果表明,新方法计算精度更高、更加符合塔里木油田新井控管理规定下的井控安全要求。The"lag time method"is widely used to calculate the upward channeling velocity of oil and gas in Tarim Oilfield.Practice shows that the calculated value of this method is too large.When the calculated result can not meet the well control safety of drilling construction,measures such as circulating density lifting and heavy mud cap are often taken to suppress the upward channeling of oil and gas,which will not only cause damage to the oil and gas reservoir,but also cause leakage and well control risks.The"lag time meth⁃od"is modified based on the oil and gas migration in the process of short trip.The modified calculation method comprehensively consid⁃ers the influences of the combination of composite drilling tools and wellbore structure,drilling tool displacement,and oil and gas mi⁃gration relative to drilling fluid.The field application results show that the new method has higher calculation accuracy and meets the well control safety requirements under the new well control management regulations of Tarim Oilfield.
