摘 要:固井后环空憋压能有效补偿水泥浆失重造成的压力损耗,是目前解决水泥浆失重的常用手段。高压气井裸眼段通常纵向上压力体系多,涌溢同存,常规固井后一次性憋压至较高设计值候凝可能导致井漏发生,而采用偏低的环空憋压值则无法有效补偿压力损耗,候凝期间存在地层失稳。因此,基于固井气窜主要发生的因素分析,采取理论与实践相结合,确定了一种在现场切实可行的环空憋压方法;基于水泥浆超声纵波的传输时间及孔隙压力变化确定水泥浆液-固态变化时间作为环空逐级憋压候凝时间节点;基于水泥浆静胶凝强度及水泥石强度发展时间确定憋压值;实现固井候凝期间全过程压稳,较好解决固井候凝期间发生气窜问题。After cementing,annulus pressure holding can effectively compensate the pressure loss caused by the weight loss of cement slurry,which is a common method to solve the weight loss of cement slurry.There are usually many pressure systems in the open hole section of high-pressure gas wells in the longitudinal direction,and there are risks of kick and overflow.After conventional cementing,one-time pressure holding to a higher design value and waiting for setting may lead to lost circulation,while using a lower annulus pres⁃sure holding value can not effectively compensate for pressure loss,and there is a risk of formation instability during waiting for setting.Therefore,based on the analysis of the main factors that cause gas channeling in cementing,this paper adopts the combination of theory and practice to determine a feasible method of annular pressure holding in the field.The time from the liquid state to the solid state of cement slurry is determined based on the transmission time of ultrasonic longitudinal wave of cement slurry and the change of pore pressure,as the time node of stage by stage pressure holding and waiting for setting in the annulus;The pressure holding value is deter⁃mined based on the static cementing strength of cement slurry and the development time of cement strength;The stabilization of pres⁃sure during cementing waiting for setting is ensured.This method can solve the problem of gas channeling during the cementing waiting for setting.
