摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻-鼻中隔整形术在矫治鼻部外形的同时解除鼻部功能障碍的临床效果。方法:入组30例歪鼻伴鼻中隔偏曲及通气功能障碍患者,采用鼻-鼻中隔整形术矫正歪鼻畸形,术后测量所有患者的鼻背偏离值及鼻阻力值,以评估患者的临床疗效。结果:手术前后各个时段鼻背偏离值测量比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术前后各个时段鼻阻力比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用鼻-鼻中隔整形术矫正歪鼻畸形,既可重建鼻功能还可恢复鼻部外形,具有临床意义。Objective This article discusses the clinical effects of nasal septal consolidation in correcting the shape of the nose while relieving nasal dysfunction.Methods In the group of 30 patients with crooked nose with nasal septum deviation and ventilation dysfunction,nasal septal consolidation was used to correct crooked nasal deformity,and the nasal back deviation value and nasal resistance value of all patients were measured postoperatively to assess the clinical efficacy of patients.Results The difference was statistically significant in the measurement of nasal back deviation values in various periods before and after surgery(P<0.05).The difference in nasal resistance was statistically significant in the comparison between the periods before and after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of nasal septal consolidation to correct crooked nasal deformities can not only rebuild nasal function but also restore the shape of the nose,which is of clinical significance.
