摘　　要：脂溢性脱发也称为雄激素性脱发,属于皮肤科难治性疾病之一。闫小宁教授认为其病因以本虚标实为主,虚多涉及肺肝脾肾四脏,并提出“序贯三法”分阶段辨治脂溢性脱发。第一步“独取阳明”,主要分为芳香化湿、健脾祛湿、清热燥湿三法;第二步“单元组合辨证法”,共七个证类单元—精气血三个基本虚证和肺肝脾肾四脏定位证,实证有四个证类单元—肝郁、血瘀、血热、痰湿;第三步“补肾固本”以收效。Seborrheic alopecia,also known as androgenetic alopecia.Professor Yan Xiaoning believes that the main cause of seborrheic alopecia is deficiency,while deficiency mostly involves the four organs of lung,liver,spleen and kidney.He puts forward"sequential three methods"to treat seborrheic alopecia by stages.The first step is"taking Yangming alone",which is mainly divided into three methods:aromatic dampness-removing,spleen-strengthening dampness-removing,heat-clearing and dampness-drying.The second step is"unit combination syndrome differentiation",in which the deficiency syndrome is divided into three basic deficiency syndromes of qi,blood and essence and four localization syndromes of lung,liver,spleen and kidney.There are seven syndrome units in total,and there are four syndrome units of liver depression,blood stasis,blood heat and phlegm-dampness.The third step is to strengthen the kidney and strengthen the foundation to achieve results.
