DSD技术配合护理措施对前牙外伤患者美学修复的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:研究数字化微笑设计(Digital smile design,DSD)对前牙外伤患者美学修复的效果并总结其护理措施。方法:收集笔者医院2018年12月-2020年5月就诊的前牙外伤患者120例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组各60例,对照组采用常规修复技术配合护理措施,观察组采用DSD美学修复技术配合护理措施,比较两组患者的治疗效果及美学修复效果。结果:术后3、6个月两组间的修复成功率比较差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05);术后9个月观察组修复成功率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的牙齿形态、牙齿颜色、舒适度、龈缘形态及个性化特征评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的近中牙龈乳头、远中牙龈乳头、唇侧牙龈缘曲度、唇侧牙龈缘高度、根部凸度、软组织颜色、软组织质地评分及总分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的牙冠状态、牙冠外形轮廓、牙冠颜色、牙冠表面质地、牙冠透明度评分及总分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前牙外伤患者采用DSD技术配合护理措施进行美学修复远期效果比常规修复效果好,护士在操作前的必要说明、操作中的医护配合和操作后的器械消毒是DSD技术顺利实施的重要保障。Objective To study the effect of DSD technology on aesthetic restoration of patients with anterior teeth trauma and summarize its nursing measures.Methods 120 patients with anterior tooth trauma treated in our hospital from December 2018 to May 2020 were collected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional repair technology combined with nursing measures,and the observation group was treated with DSD aesthetic repair technology combined with nursing measures.The treatment effect and aesthetic repair effect of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the repair success rate between the two groups at 3 and 6 months after treatment(P>0.05).9 months after operation,the repair success rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of tooth shape,tooth color,comfort,gingival margin shape and personalized characteristics in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The mesial gingival papilla,distal gingival papilla,labial gingival margin curvature,labial gingival margin height,root convexity,soft tissue color,soft tissue texture and total score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The crown state,crown contour,crown color,crown surface texture,crown transparency and total score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The long-term effect of DSD technology combined with quality nursing measures for aesthetic restoration of patients with anterior teeth trauma is better than that of conventional restoration.The necessary instructions of nurses before operation,the cooperation of doctors and nurses during operation and the disinfection of instruments after operation are important guarantee for the smooth implementation of DSD techno
