舒适护理干预在Brent法耳廓再造术后半导体激光脱毛中的应用

摘　　要：目的:评估舒适护理模式在Brent法耳廓再造术后行半导体激光脱毛中的应用效果。方法:选择84例Brent法耳廓再造二期术后患者,对其耳廓、耳前后沟槽多毛发处进行半导体激光脱毛,治疗间隔1个月,治疗3~4次,治疗全程采用舒适护理,评估护理满意度和舒适度,记录不良反应及并发症情况。结果:患者在激光脱毛中采用舒适护理干预取得了良好效果,患者满意度为98.8%,舒适度为97.6%。再造耳廓毛发去除,更接近正常耳部外观,治疗后无严重不良反应和并发症发生。结论:舒适护理模式能够提高Brent法耳廓再造术后半导体激光脱毛患者的满意度,减少不良反应发生。Objective To evaluate the effect of comfort care intervention in semiconductor laser hair removal after Brent auricle reconstruction.Methods 84 patients after Brent auricle reconstruction two stage operation were selected for semiconductor laser hair removal for extra hair of auricle and anterior and posterior ear grooves.The treatment interval was 1 month and the treatment was 3-4 times.Comfort care intervention was used throughout the treatment.Patients’nursing satisfaction and comfort level were evaluated,and adverse reactions and complications were recorded.Results 84 patients achieved good results through comfort care intervention in laser hair removal,with patients’satisfaction rate of 98.8%and comfort level of 97.6%.Hair of reconstructed auricle was removed.The ears’appearance was closer to normal.And no seriousadverse reactions and complications occurred during treatment.Conclusion Comfort care intervention can improve the satisfaction of patients in semiconductor laser hair removal treatment after Brent auricle reconstruction and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
