摘　　要：目的:探讨Snyder希望理论在眼眶骨折整形修复中的应用效果。方法:采用便利抽样法,抽取2018年4月-2020年6月于笔者医院接受治疗的眼眶骨折患者为研究对象,将2018年4月-2019年4月住院的患者设为对照组(n=29),2019年5月-2020年6月住院的患者设为观察组(n=28)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予Snyder希望理论干预。采用希望量表、术后眼球运动改善情况、术后复视分级比较干预效果。结果:观察组希望水平评分高于对照组,术后3个月及6个月观察组患者眼球运动改善率高于对照组,术后1个月及3个月复视分级观察组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Snyder希望理论用于眼眶骨折整形修复患者中,可以帮助患者提升希望水平,改善预后,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the application effect of Snyder hope theory in plastic repair of orbital fracture.Methods Used the convenience sampling method,the orbital fracture patients who were treated in the our hospital from April 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.The April 2018 to April 2019 hospitalized patients as the control group(n=29),the May 2019 to June 2020 hospitalized patients as the observation group(n=28).The control group received conventional care,the observation group was given Snyder hope theory intervention on the basis of conventional care intervention.The intervention effect was compared by hope scale,postoperative improvement of eyeball movement,and postoperative diplopia grading.Results The hope level score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement rate of eye movement in the observation group at 3 and 6 months after surgery were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The diplopia grade in the observation group at 1 and 3 months after surgery were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Snyder hope theory in the patients with orthopedic repair of orbital fracture can help improve the patient’s hope level and prognosis,which is worthy of clinical application.
