摘  要:本文采用H_(2)SO_(4)预处理法改良腐朽木,通过腐朽木的纤维素成分含量测定试验和生物滤池反硝化动态试验,探究了酸预处理法腐朽木应用于污水脱氮的可能性。测定结果表明,H_(2)SO_(4)(浓度1.5%)处理后的腐朽木纤维素含量增至68.91%,半纤维素含量有所减少,木质素含量由17.68%减至13.28%。动态试验结果显示,反应器的总氮(TN)去除率在水力停留时间(HRT)为8 h时达到最高值(66.9%),HRT为2 h时,平均反硝化速率为21.86 g NO_(3)^(-)-N/(m^(3)·d)。TN主要在高度0~30 cm的填料层被脱除,NO_(2)^(-)-N在高度10~30 cm的填料层表现出累积特征。In this paper,the H_(2)SO_(4) pretreatment method is used to improve the decayed wood,through the determination test of cellulose content of decayed wood and the dynamic test of denitrification in biological filter,the possibility of applying acid pretreatment method of decayed wood to sewage denitrification is explored.The determination results show that the content of decayed wood cellulose increases to 68.91% after H_(2)SO_(4)(concentration of 1.5%) treatment,the content of hemicellulose decreases,and the content of lignin decreases from 17.68% to 13.28%.The dynamic test results show that the total nitrogen (TN) removal rate of the reactor reaches the highest value (66.9%) when the hydraulic retention time (HRT) is 8 h,the average denitrification rate is 21.86 g NO_(3)^(-)-N/(m^(3)·d) when HRT is 2 h.TN is mainly removed in the packing layer with a height of 0~30 cm,and NO_(2)^(-)-N show accumulation characteristics in the packing layer with a height of 10~30 cm.
