摘 要:在油田环境保护工作深入开展形势下,含油污泥的无害处理与再利用兼具经济性与环保价值。本文详细分析单一溶剂萃取、活性水洗-溶剂萃取、干化+焚烧、热解法四种常用含油污泥处理工艺,秉持资源化利用理念,引入调剖工艺进行含油污泥改性试验,最终建立一种集交联剂、稠化剂于一体的最佳调堵剂配方工艺体系,以获得良好的社会价值与经济效益。With the in-depth development of oilfield environmental protection work,the harmless treatment and reuse of oily sludge has both economic and environmental value.In this paper,four commonly used oily sludge treatment processes are analyzed in detail,namely single solvent extraction,active water washing-solvent extraction,drying + incineration,and pyrolysis,adhering to the concept of resource utilization,the profile control process is introduced to carry out oily sludge modification experiments,finally,an optimal formula technology system of plugging control agent integrating cross-linking agent and thickening agent is established,so as to obtain good social value and economic benefit.
