摘 要:纺织印染废水处理过程会产生一定废气,需要进行收集和处理。本研究结合具体案例,设计一套废气收集和处理设备,对集控区污水处理厂的高效厌氧罐和水解酸化池进行加盖密封,采用“预处理+生物除臭”组合工艺处理废气。结果表明,硫化氢、氨气去除率分别为96.9%、31.2%,臭气去除率为78.5%,总体去除效果较好。处理后的有组织废气满足《恶臭污染物排放标准》(GB 14554—1993)的限值要求,解决了纺织印染废水处理过程的废气污染问题,改善了厂区周边环境。The textile printing and dyeing wastewater treatment process will produce a certain amount of waste gas,which needs to be collected and treated.Based on specific cases,this study designs a set of waste gas collection and treatment equipment to cover and seal the efficient anaerobic tank and hydrolysis acidification tank of the sewage treatment plant in the centralized control area,and uses the combined process of "pretreatment+biological deodorization" to treat waste gas.The results show that the removal rates of HS and NHare 96.9% and 31.2% respectively,and the removal rate of odor is 78.5%,the overall removal effect is good.The treated organized waste gas meets the limit requirements of the "Emission Standard for Odor Pollutants" (GB 14554—1993),solves the waste gas pollution problem in the textile printing and dyeing wastewater treatment process,and improves the surrounding environment of the plant.
