摘  要:结合半音阶口琴琴格注塑制品尺寸精度要求高,影响因素多的特点,利用数值模拟和正交试验方法,分析了工艺参数,即熔体温度、模具温度、注射速率、保压压力、注射压力对一模两腔亚克力(PMMA)半音阶口琴琴格注塑件变形的影响。根据制品变形的数值结果,确立了半音阶口琴琴格尺寸精度的量化评价参数,分别为线变形、角变形和栅格形心相对位移,并且对评价参数进行了量化、评估及优化。结果表明,优化的工艺组合:熔体温度215℃、模具温度为70℃、注射速率450 cm^(3)/s、注射压力190 MPa、保压压力126 MPa,可使制品尺寸精度得到改善,其中,线变形减少了0.019 mm,角变形减少了0.016°,琴格栅格形心相对位移减少了0.092 mm。The dimensional precision of injection molded chromatic harmonica comb was required highly,and there were many parameters affecting warpage.The effects of injection processing parameters(melt temperature,mold temperature,injection speed,packing pressure and injection pressure)on the warpage of injection molded PMMA chromatic harmonica comb were studied by numerical simulation and design of experiments(DOE).The linear deformation,angular deformation and relative displacement of the key grids were calculated and optimized.The optimal combination of process parameter was achieved when the melt temperature was set as 215℃,the mold temperature we set as 70℃,the injection rate was set as 450 cm^(3)/s,the injection pressure was set as 190 MPa,the holding pressure was set as 126 MPa.After optimization,the linear deformation,angular deformation and relative displacement of the grids are reduced by 0.019 mm,0.016°,and 0.092 mm,respectively.
