摘  要:目前,具有无痛、高效、低成本、生物相容性较好的聚合物微针在美容和医药领域具有巨大的发展潜力。基于微注塑成型充模流动的数学模型,建立了眼贴微针的几何模型,对不同注射速率下的眼贴微针进行了仿真研究。利用Moldflow仿真软件对聚乳酸(PLA)眼贴微针模型进行微注塑成型充填分析,研究了不同注射速率对微针贴片填充时间、剪切速率、收缩及翘曲变形的影响以及单个微针的填充过程、温度场和速度场的变化。仿真结果表明,将注射速率控制在150~400 mm/s之间,可使PLA眼贴微针的填充时间降低89%,熔体温度提升75℃,流动速率提高25 cm/s,并且翘曲变形、体积收缩趋于稳定的状态,从而达到更好的填充效果。Polymer microneedles with painless,high efficiency,low cost and good biocompatibility had great development potential in the fields of beauty and medicine.Based on the mathematical model of micro-injection molding filling flow,the geometric model of the eye patch microneedle was established,and the simulation study of the eye patch microneedle under different injection speeds was carried out.Moldflow simulation software was used to perform microinjection molding filling analysis of polylactic acid(PLA)eye-sticking microneedles model.The effects of different injection speeds on the filling time,shear rate,shrinkage and warpage of the microneedle patch were explored.And explored the filling process,temperature field and velocity field changes of a single microneedle.The simulation results had shown that controlling the injection speed between 150~400 mm/s can reduce the filling time of the PLA eye-sticking microneedle by 89%,increase the melt temperature by 75℃,and increase the flow rate by 25 cm/s.And the warping deformation and volume shrinkage tend to be stable,so as to achieve a better filling effect.
