摘 要:以5052铝合金为基体材料,采用喷涂工艺制备了不同质量比的六方氮化硼/氮化硅(h-BN/Si_(3)N_(4))增强聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)复合涂层。采用MFT-5000型摩擦磨损试验机对复合涂层进行测试,并通过三维形貌仪以及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析涂层磨损表面形貌。结果表明,当h-BN/Si_(3)N_(4)的质量比为1∶1.5时,复合涂层的摩擦因数最低,与纯涂层相比,降低了21.9%。当h-BN/Si_(3)N_(4)的质量比为1.5∶0.5时,摩擦因数降低了18.9%。但是,涂层硬度达到最大值,同时磨损量达到最小值,其值为1.26×10^(8)μm^(3),与纯涂层相比,降低了83.3%。由于h-BN的自润滑性,其涂层摩擦因数降低;而且能够吸收在磨损过程中产生的应力,可避免裂纹萌生或填充物脱落。而涂层中添加Si_(3)N_(4)提高了涂层的显微硬度和抵抗塑性变形能力,从而提高了涂层的耐磨性。同时,Si_(3)N_(4)充当刚性支撑点,避免了h-BN和PTFE的磨损。因此,h-BN和Si_(3)N_(4)的协同作用有效地提高了PTFE涂层的摩擦学性能。Polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)composite coating reinforced with different mass ratios of h-BN/Si_(3)N_(4) was deposited on the 5052 aluminum alloy substrate by spraying technique.MFT-5000 friction and wear tester was used to test the tribological properties of the composite coating,and the morphology of the wear surface was analyzed by three-dimensional profiler and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results showed that the composite coating shows the lowest friction coefficient when the mass ratio of h-BN/Si_(3)N_(4)is 1∶1.5,which was 21.9%lower than the pure coating.When the mass ratio of h-BN/Si_(3)N_(4)was 1.5∶0.5,the friction coefficient was reduced by 18.9%.However,the hardness of the coating reached the highest,and the wear volume was the lowest,which was 83.3%lower than the pure coating.Due to the self-lubricating property of h-BN,the friction coefficient of the coating was reduced.And it could prevent the appearance of cracks or the falling of fillers by absorbing the stress generated during the wear process.However,Si_(3)N_(4) could increase the microhardness and resistance to plastic deformation of the coating,thereby improving the wear resistance of the coating.Besides,Si_(3)N_(4) acts as a rigid support point to avoid the wear of h-BN and PTFE.The synergistic effect of h-BN and Si_(3)N_(4) could effectively improve the tribological properties of PTFE composite coating.
