摘 要:超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)因其优异的耐磨性、耐腐蚀性和自润滑等性能,是目前极具潜力的适用于海水环境的摩擦材料。为了进一步提高摩擦磨损性能,采用填充氧化石墨烯(GO)和辐照处理改善UHMWPE的耐磨损性能。结果表明,GO能提高UHMWPE的硬度,且减少UHMWPE的接触角,同时,改善了UHMWPE和GO/UHMWPE复合材料的显微硬度和接触角。在海水润滑条件下,摩擦磨损试验结果表明,辐照后,UHMWPE和GO/UHMWPE复合材料的磨损性能分别降低了4.26%和6.92%,利用场发射扫描电镜(SEM)观察磨损后的表面形貌。GO填充和辐照处理均提高了UHMWPE的耐磨性,辐照后,GO/UHMWPE复合材料磨损后的形貌较为平整光滑,且没有明显的划痕和破坏,其抗磨损性能更优。Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)was considered as a potential friction material for seawater environment due to the excellent wear resistance,corrosion resistance and self-lubricating properties.The results showed that the micro-hardness and contact angle of UHMWPE was improved by the addition of GO,and the micro-hardness and contact angle of UHMWPE and GO/UHMWPE composite was also improved by irradiation.The wear properties of UHMWPE and GO/UHMWPE composite before and after irradiation were reduced 4.26%and 6.92%by friction and wear tester under seawater lubrication.The worn surface morphology was observed by field emission scanning electron microscope(SEM).The wear resistance of UHMWPE was improved by addition of GO and irradiation treatment.The morphology of irradiated GO/UHMWPE composite was the smoothest,and there was no obvious scratch and damage,the wear resistance of the composite was better.
