摘  要:采用熔融挤出加工方法制备了不同荧光粉含量的PLA基荧光复合材料,研究了复合材料的发光性能、结晶性能、流变性能和力学性能。结果表明,复合材料的发光强度随着荧光粉含量的增加而增大;DSC曲线表明,荧光粉能够促进PLA的结晶过程,荧光粉对PLA的结晶起到了异相成核作用。此外,当降温速率从10℃/min升高至20℃/min时,PLA结晶峰变宽,复合材料的结晶焓由36.53 J/g下降至8.84 J/g,这表明,PLA的结晶速率较慢,受降温速率的影响较大;流变曲线显示,荧光粉加入后,PLA出现了剪切变稀现象,荧光复合材料储能模量-角频率(G'-ω)曲线在低频区出现平台区;力学性能测试表明,荧光粉加入后,对PLA起到了一定程度的增韧作用。PLA based fluorescent composite with different phosphor contents were prepared by melt extrusion process,and the luminescence,crystallization,rheological properties and mechanical properties of the composite were studied.The results showed that the luminescence intensity of the composite enhanced with the increase of phosphor content.DSC curve showed that phosphor promoted the crystallization of PLA,and the addition of phosphor played a heterogeneous nucleation role in the crystallization of PLA.In addition,when the cooling rate increased from 10℃/min to 20℃/min,the crystallization peak of PLA widened,and the crystallization enthalpy of the composite decreased from 36.53 J/g to 8.84 J/g,which indicated that the crystallization rate of PLA was slow and was greatly affected by the cooling rate.The rheological curve showed that the PLA became shear thinning with the addition of phosphor.In the low frequency region,the curves of the storage module G'vs.frequencyωof fluorescent composite appeared a plateau.Mechanical properties test showed that the addition of phosphor had a certain degree of toughening effect on PLA.
