摘 要:聚乳酸(PLA)是可生物降解高分子材料,具有良好的物理性能和耐热性,是目前最有可能替代传统石油基聚合物的生物降解材料,其物理发泡材料在降解、缓冲、隔音、隔热等方面均具有巨大的应用潜力。传统PLA发泡塑料存在原料结晶速率慢、熔体强度较低等问题,因此,制备具有良好泡孔结构的发泡材料对于PLA的推广应用具有重要意义。文章采用超临界CO_(2)发泡技术,对PLA与聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBAT)共混材料进行发泡,通过发泡温度、发泡压力和发泡时间等工艺参数对共混体系的泡孔形态进行调控。研究发现,当发泡温度为114℃、发泡压力为15 MPa的条件下,发泡30 min后得到的泡孔尺寸较大、泡孔均匀稳定、发泡密度较大的发泡珠粒。Polylactic acid(PLA)was a biodegradable polymer material with good physical properties and heat resistance.It was the most likely biodegradable material to replace traditional petroleum-based polymers.Its physical foaming material had great application potential in degradation,cushioning,sound insulation,and heat insulation.At this stage,traditional PLA foamed plastics face the problems of slow crystallization of raw materials and low melt strength.The preparation of foamed materials with good cell structure was of great significance for the promotion and application of PLA.Therefore,this research used supercritical CO_(2) foaming technology to foam the blended materials of PLA and polybutylene terephthalate(PBAT)and the foam cell morphology of the blend system was adjusted by the process parameters such as foaming temperature,saturation pressure and saturation time.The conclusion was that foaming for 30 min at a foaming temperature of 114℃and a foaming pressure of 15 MPa resulted in foamed beads with large cell size,uniform and stable cells,and high foaming density.
