摘  要:赤壁市陆水工业园污水处理厂工程主要处理工业园的工业废水及周边村镇的生活污水,一期设计规模为2×10^(4)m^(3)/d,设计出水水质执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准。工程进水中工业废水比例大、难降解有机物比例高、污水可生化性差,为此,采用多元催化氧化+水解酸化+改良A^(2)/O+二沉池+高密度沉淀池+后臭氧接触池+曝气生物滤池+精密过滤器+接触消毒池处理工艺。实际运行结果表明,该组合工艺对可生化性差的工业废水处理效果良好,出水水质稳定达到设计标准。The wastewater treatment plant of Lushui Industrial Park in Chibi City mainly deals with the industrial wastewater from the industrial park and the domestic sewage from surrounding villages and towns.The design scale of the phase Ⅰ project is 2×10^(4)m^(3)/d,and the effluent quality is required to meet first level A limit specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002).The influent has the characteristics of a large proportion of industrial wastewater,high proportion of refractory organic matter and poor biodegradability.Therefore,a combined treatment process was adopted,which consisted of multi-element catalytic oxidation,hydrolytic acidification,modified A^(2)/O,secondary sedimentation tank,high density sedimentation tank,post-ozone contact tank,biological aerated filter,precision filter and contact disinfection tank.The operational results showed that the combined process had a good performance for the treatment of industrial wastewater with poor biodegradability,and the effluent quality stably met the designed discharge standard.
