摘 要:采用冷凝+两级水吸收+常压精馏组合工艺回收含N-甲基甲酰胺(NMF)剥离液再生过程形成的高浓度甲胺。介绍了高浓度甲胺的来源、回收工艺流程设计与优化、回收系统的组成和主要设备参数。实际工程运行结果表明,该工艺对含NMF的剥离液废液回收过程产生的高浓度甲胺的资源化利用效果较好,回收的产品能稳定满足40%甲胺水溶液的标准。该工程利用已有的剥离液废液回收精馏设备,投资少,回收的甲胺经济效益明显。甲胺回收后废水COD为3000~6000mg/L、NH_(3)-N为20~50 mg/L,符合污水处理站水解酸化+UASB+两级A/O系统的进水水质条件。High concentration methylamine formed during regeneration of N-methylformamide(NMF)containing stripper liquid is recovered by condensation,two-stage water absorption and atmospheric distillation.The sources of high concentration methylamine,the design and optimization of the recovery process,the composition of the recovery system,and the main equipment parameters are analyzed.The operation results show that the process has good effect on the resource utilization of high concentration methylamine produced in the recovery process of waste stripping solution containing NMF The recovered product could stably meet the standard of 40% methylamine aqueous solution.The investment is low-cost by using the existing waste stripping solution recovery distillation equipment Moreover,the recovery of methylamine has economic benefits.After methylamine recovery,the COD and NH_(3)-N of the secondary wastewater was 3000-6000 mg/L and 20-50 mg/L,which met the influent conditions of hydrolytic acidification,UASB and two-stage A/O system of sewage treatment station.
