摘 要:在强调全方位育人、促进学生全面发展的大背景下,挖掘校园建筑中丰富的育人元素,成为高校建筑管理实践中的重要课题。现有校园建筑在满足“有”和“够”的基本需求之后,存在布局不够合理、建筑形态不够丰富、文化内涵不强等诸多现实问题。管理者应科学全面地认识校园建筑功能的变迁,在管理观念上与时俱进;优化空间设计,构建人与人、人与环境交流的积极空间;在细节上下功夫,充分创造、挖掘和利用校园建筑中的文化元素,强化其育人功能;充分运用现代信息技术,提升建筑管理的智能化水平。Under the background of all-round education and promoting the all-round development of students,excavating the rich educational elements in campus buildings has become an important topic in the practice of universities campus construction management.On the basis of meeting the basic need of“having”and“being enough”,there are many practical problems such as unreasonable layout,insufficient architectural form and weak cultural connotation among the existing campus buildings.Managers need to advance with the times in terms of management concept,optimize space design by building a space for people to communicate with the environment,make great efforts in details,fully excavate and utilize the cultural elements in campus architecture to strengthen its educational function,and make full use of modern information technology to improve the intellectualization of construction management.
