摘　　要：本文基于对科学基金深化改革理念与实践的思考,归纳并探讨了科学基金资助管理工作的五大关系,包括自由探索与需求牵引、全面部署与重点支持、人才培养与科研生态、经费投入与科学管理、自主创新与开放合作,以期能够从更多元的维度来帮助读者理解改革之初心及其历程。Based on the thinking and practice of the deepening reform of National Natural Science Foundation of China,this paper summarizes and discusses the five major relationships in the management of NSFC,including free exploration and demand traction,comprehensive deployment and key support,talent training and scientific research ecology,funding investment and scientific management,selfdependent innovation and open cooperation,in order to help readers understand the original intention and process of the reform from a more diverse dimension.
