摘 要:系统介绍了氢燃料电池关键技术及相关核心部件应用现状,对比分析了各类氢能燃料电池技术优势与不足,重点阐述了质子交换膜燃料电池技术研究现状。同时,结合燃料电池技术详细介绍了氢能燃料电池汽车工作原理与动力系统,重点分析了燃料电池发动机技术以及配套核心材料、关键零部件应用现状与研制成本。最后,对氢能燃料电池汽车发展趋势与技术路线进行了深入思考与展望,未来氢能燃料电池汽车应当从降低燃料电池关键部件研制成本、提高有效使用寿命出发,推动燃料电池汽车商业化发展;此外,着力研发天然气掺氢(HCNG)内燃机将是未来拓展氢能交通运输领域的重要方向。The application status of key technologies and related core components of hydrogen fuel cell are systematically introduced,the advantages and shortcomings of various technologies hydrogen fuel cells are compared and analyzed,and current research status of proton exchange membrane fuel cell technology is expounded emphatically.Combined with fuel cell technology,the working principle and power system of hydrogen fuel cell vehicle are introduced in detail,with emphasis on fuel cell engine technology,the application status and development cost of supporting core materials and key parts for fuel cell engine technology.The development trend and technical route of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles are deeply considered and prospected.It is proposed that as for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles in the future,the commercial development of fuel cell vehicles shall be promoted through reducing the development cost of key components of fuel cells and improving the effective service life of fuel cells.In addition,the research and development of hydrogendoping natural gas internal-combustion engines will be an important direction to expand the application of hydrogen energy in transportation in the future.
