摘 要:以二氧化铈、氟化氢铵为原料,在n(二氧化铈)∶n(氟化氢铵)=1∶6、反应温度为120℃、反应时间为4 h的条件下,获得铈的氟氨化合物(NH_(4))_(4)CeF_(8);以高纯氨气为氮源,分别对铈的氟氨化合物(NH_(4))_(4)CeF_(8)及其分解产物氟化铈进行氮化,获得了氮化铈纳米多晶粉末产品;考察了氮化反应过程中反应温度、反应时间等工艺条件对氮化产物形貌及颗粒大小的影响。结果表明,铈的氟氨化合物(NH_(4))_(4)CeF_(8)在高纯氨气中氮化的最佳实验条件为:反应温度为1000℃、反应时间为70 h,此时产物氮化铈为(100±10)nm的多层纳米网络结构;而氟化铈在高纯氨气中氮化的最佳实验条件为:反应温度为1000℃、反应时间为60 h,此时产物氮化铈为(50±5)nm的纳米片状结构。(NH_(4))_(4)CeF_(8)is obtained through using cerium dioxide and ammonium hydrogen fluoride as raw materials with a molar ratio of 1∶6 to react at 120℃for 4 hours.High purity ammonia gas is used as nitrogen source to nitrogenize(NH_(4))_(4)CeF_(8)and cerium fluoride,which is the decomposition product of(NH_(4))_(4)CeF_(8),and cerium nitride nano polycrystalline powder is therefore obtained.The effects of the temperature and time of nitrogenization process on the morphology and particle sizes of nitrogenized products are investigated.The best experimental conditions for the nitrogenization of(NH_(4))_(4)CeF_(8)in high purity ammonia gas are obtained as follows:reaction temperature is 1000℃and reaction time is 70 h.Cerium nitride product prepared under the best conditions shows(100±10)nm multilayer nanonetwork structure.The optimum experimental conditions for the nitrogenization of cerium fluoride in high purity ammonia are determined as follows:reaction temperature is 1000℃and reaction time is 60 h,under which the prepared cerium nitride product exhibits(50±5)nm nanosheet structure.
