催化重整预加氢单元改造为FCC汽油加氢装置及其运行分析

摘　　要：根据国Ⅵ油品质量升级要求,采用某公司开发的CDOS-HCN技术及配套催化剂,将1套0.4 Mt/a半再生固定床催化重整装置预加氢单元改造为0.5 Mt/a催化汽油加氢装置。标定结果表明,改造后的催化汽油加氢装置可将FCC汽油的硫质量含量从125μg/g降到12.4μg/g,硫醇硫质量含量从25μg/g降到2.3μg/g,产品辛烷值损失为1.5个单位,烯烃含量降幅为8.1%。针对装置运行过程中存在的循环氢脱硫塔脱后带液、脱二烯烃反应器入口换热器结焦问题进行了原因分析,并提出了解决措施,可为其他炼厂类似装置的改造及操作提供经验和参考。According to China's national VI standard requirements for upgrading the quality of oil products,the prehydrogenation unit of an existing 400000 t/a semi-regenerative fixed bed catalytic reforming plant is revamped to a 500000 t/a FCC gasoline hydrogenation plant by adopting a CDOS-HCN technology and the matching catalyst developed by a company.Calibration results show that the revamped FCC gasoline hydrogenation plant can reduce the mass content of sulfur in FCC gasoline from 125μg·g^(-1) to 12.4μg·g^(-1),and the mass fraction of mercaptan sulfur from 25μg·g^(-1) to 2.3μg·g^(-1),while the octane number of gasoline products losses 1.5 units and the mass content of olefins drops by 8.1%.The problems appeared in the operation process of the plant are analyzed and the relating solutions are given.This case can provide experience and reference for the revamping and operation of similar units in other refineries.
