摘  要:围绕金属-非金属结构区域性损伤诊断机理和损伤概率诊断方法展开研究,首先,采用压电阻抗理论,基于机电耦合原理提取结构传感器机电阻抗的特征参数,设计稀疏传感阵列获得损伤累积程度与特征参数之间的对应关系;其次,构建损伤累积程度的高斯概率诊断模型;最后,通过少量传感器,判定损伤区域和损伤累积程度。实验结果表明,损伤特征参数随损伤的发展变化显著,概率诊断模型较好地反映了损伤区域和损伤累积程度。The basic mechanism of diagnosing the regional damage and the probability damage diagnosis method are studied for metal and non-metal structures.Firstly,the characteristic parameter of the structure-sensor electromechanical impedance spectrum is extracted based on the principle of electromechanical coupling.The sparse sensing array is used to obtain the correspondence between the cumulative degree of damage and the characteristic parameter.Secondly,a Gaussian probability diagnosis model for the cumulative degree of damage is conducted.With a few sensors,the damage area and the cumulative degree can be determined.The experimental results shows that the damage characteristic parameter significantly changes with the propagation of the damage.The damage area and the cumulative degree of damage can be detected well.
