摘　　要：阐述触摸式电子密码锁电路的设计,提高教学的趣味性,使学生进一步理解D触发器、门电路、与非门电路,激发学生的学习兴趣,从而提高教学效果。This paper expounds the design of touch type electronic password lock circuit, improves the interest of teaching, enables students to further understand D flip-flop, gate circuit and NAND gate circuit, stimulates students’ interest in learning, and thus improves the teaching effect.
