摘　　要：阐述基于IP的语音通信技术(VoIP),基于案例的应用,探讨VoIP通信协议、设备基本功能、设备互操作性的测试,为后续的高空接管、应急接管及地面通信新技术应用提供基础。This paper expounds the voice communication technology based on IP(VoIP) and the application based on the case, discusses the Vo IP communication protocol, the basic functions of equipment and the test of equipment interoperability, and provides the basis for the follow-up highaltitude takeover, emergency takeover and the application of new ground communication technologies.
