摘　　要：阐述基于智能抄核技术,建立监督制度、营销管理体系、引入先进智能抄核技术和电力计量设备、降低差错率,从而保证用户和电力企业的各自利益。This paper expounds how to establish supervision system, marketing management system, introduce advanced intelligent core reading technology and power metering equipment, and reduce error rate based on intelligent core reading technology, so as to ensure the respective interests of users and power enterprises.
