摘  要:为解决半地下式厂房机组运行维护不便的问题,对卧式双吸离心泵、立式单级单吸离心泵、立式抽芯斜流泵三种泵型综合性能、安装与维护等方面进行比较,结果表明:立式抽芯斜流泵转动部件和内接管可被抽出,与出水管相连的整个泵外筒体依然固定在泵基础上,结构简单,安装检修方便,且能大大改善泵房的通风、采光条件,可为同类型泵站的水泵选型提供参考。In order to operate and maintain the semi-underground plant unit,the comprehensive performance,installation and maintenance of three types of pumps:horizontal double-suction centrifugal pump,vertical single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump and vertical core-pulling minxed-flow pump,are compared.The results show that the rotating nozzles of the vertical core-pulling minxed-flow pump can be extracted,and the whole outer cylinder of the pump connected to the outlet pipe is tillfixed on the pump foundation.The structure is simple,the installation and maintenance are convenient,and the ventilation and lighting conditions of the pump room can be greatly improved,which can provide reference for the pump selection of the same type of pump station.
