摘　　要：移民安置是水利工程建设的重要组成部分,如果处理不当,将会影响到工程建设的实施和社会和谐稳定。移民安置监测评估能够科学、公正、客观地验证移民安置的实施效果。本文以安徽省淮河流域重点平原洼地治理项目移民安置监测评估工作为例,通过对监测评估工作步骤、方式、评估程序的研究探讨,提出了做好水利移民安置监测评估工作的建议,供类似水利工程移民安置工作参考。Resettlement is an important composition of water conservancy project construction. Ifit was to improper handling, it would cause the social disharmony and affect the project construction. According to the monitoring and evaluation, the implementation effect of resettlement can be scientifically, impartially, and objectively verified. This paper is based on the monitoring and evaluation of the resettlement of the key plain swale treatment project in the Huaihe River Basin, Anhui Province.Through the research on the monitoring and evaluation work steps, methods, and evaluation procedures of resettlement, we put forward suggestions for water conservancy projects resettlement.It can be referenced for the same resettlement of similar water conservancy projects.
