借鉴日韩经验提升山东服装产业半岛蓝色经济区核心竞争力

摘　　要：区域核心竞争力是区域经济竞争力的优势表现,主要由比较优势和竞争优势组成。山东半岛蓝色经济区是我国对日韩自由贸易先行区,服装产业作为重要的经济组织形式,是半岛地区支柱产业之一,其毗邻日韩的地理优势,形成了对时尚反应的高灵敏度。文章从服装产业的视角,通过对日韩产业运营的成功经验进行分析、比较与借鉴,探讨半岛服装产业集群的组织结构、内部整合、转型升级、工贸一体的有机系统运营,促进山东半岛蓝色经济区优化产业结构,提升区域核心竞争能力。Regional core competitiveness is the dominant performance of regional economic competitiveness,mainly composed of comparative advantage and competitive advantage.Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone is the leading free trade zone between China and Japan and South Korea.As an important form of economic organization,the garment industry is one of the pillar industries in the Peninsula.Due to its geographical advantage adjacent to Japan and South Korea,a high sensitivity to fashion has been formed.From the perspective of the garment industry,this paper analyzes,compares and learn from the successful experience of Japan and South Korea in industrial operation,discusses the organizational structure,internal integration,transformation and upgrading of the garment industry cluster in the Peninsula,and the organic and systematic operation of integrating industry and trade,so as to promote the optimization of the industrial structure and enhance the regional core competitiveness of the Blue Economic Zone of Shandong Peninsula.
