摘　　要：随着经济全球化不断发展,国际贸易前景远大,服装外贸行业作为其中关键一环,在中国占据举足轻重的地位。近年来,服装外贸企业在欧美国家不断增加技术贸易壁垒下艰难前行,作为服装外贸工作的核心——服装跟单显得尤为重要。文章将以实际跟单实习工作经验为基础,围绕闽南地区服装外贸跟单员的岗位现状展开论述,对服装外贸跟单员所需特质进行总结,针对服装外贸跟单岗位存在的问题进行重点归纳并给出相应的建议,最后对其发展前景进行浅要分析。With the continuous development of economic globalization,international trade has a great prospect.As a key part of it,the foreign trade of garment plays a pivotal role in China.In recent years,garment foreign trade enterprises have been moving forward difficultly due to the technical and trade barriers increased by European countries and the United States.As the core of garment foreign trade,the clothing merchandising is particularly important.Based on the experience of actual documentary internship,the article focuses on the status of merchandiser post of clothing foreign trade in Minnan region,summarizes the qualities needed by clothing foreign trade merchandiser,concludes the existing problems of the merchandiser post of clothing foreign trade,and analyzes the development prospect briefly.
