摘 要:数字在改变人们生产生活方式的同时,正在推动教育发生新的变革,高校传统体育俱乐部教学同样面临着数字教育时代的机遇与挑战。研究从反思体育俱乐部教学入手,提出通过建立“四位一体”管理系统设计、线上与线下混合式课堂体育教学、以穿戴设备和运动APP为基础的课外体育锻炼、以互联网为基础的学生体质健康监控与反馈系统、以大数据为基础的学生体育评价机制实现传统体育俱乐部教学的数字化创新。并建议加快“数字化校园”基础建设、加强体育教师现代化教学理念和能力提升、加快推进体育教学资源数字化、挖掘体育思政教育数字化元素建设。While changing people's production and lifestyle,digital is promoting new changes in education,and the teaching of traditional sports clubs in colleges and universities is also facing opportunities and challenges in the era of digital education.Starting from the reflection on the teaching of sports clubs,the study proposes to realize the digital innovation of traditional sports club teaching through the establishment of a"four-in-one"management system design,online and offline hybrid classroom physical education teaching,extracurricular physical exercise based on wearable devices and sports APP,Internet-based student physical health monitoring and feedback system,and student sports evaluation mechanism based on big data.It is also recommended to accelerate the construction of the"digital campus"infrastructure,strengthen the modern teaching concept and ability improvement of physical education teachers,accelerate the digitization of physical education teaching resources,and excavate the digital elements of physical education and political education.
