摘  要:采用元分析方法探讨教练员领导行为各维度指标变量与团队凝聚力的关系及其调节变量。通过检索国内外数据库,纳入符合标准的相关研究46篇,总样本量13514人,运用Comprehensive meta-analysis V3.0软件进行主效应与调节效应检验。结果表明,训练与指导行为、民主行为、社会支持行为以及积极反馈行为与团队凝聚力之间均呈显著的正相关关系(P<0.01),但是专制行为与团队凝聚力之间的相关关系不显著(P>0.05)。调节效应分析表明,不同学段在训练与指导行为、专制行为和团队凝聚力之间具有显著的调节作用;运动任务要求队员之间相互依赖程度只在积极反馈行为与团队凝聚力之间具有显著的调节作用;不同的团队凝聚力在训练与指导行为、民主行为、专制行为、社会支持行为和团队凝聚力之间均具有显著的调节作用。To explore the relationship between coach leadership behavior and team cohesion and its moderating variables by using meta-analysis method.Through searching domestic and foreign databases,46 related studies that meet the standards were included,with a total sample size of 13,514 people,and the main effects and moderating effects were tested using Comprehensive meta-analysis V3.0 software.Results:Training and instruction behaviors,democratic behaviors,social support behaviors,positive feedback behaviors,and team cohesion are all significantly positively correlated(p<0.01),but the correlation between authoritarian behavior and team cohesion is not significant(P>0.05).The moderating effect analysis shows that the non-classmate segment has a significant moderating effect on the relationship between training and mentoring behavior,autocratic behavior,and team cohesion.Only the positive feedback behavior and team cohesion were significantly moderated by the degree of interdependence between team members.Different scales of team cohesion have significant moderating effects on training and guiding behavior,democratic behavior,autocratic behavior,social support behavior,and team cohesion.
