摘  要:散打项目中出拳的力量和速度是影响散打技术击打效果的关键因素,要发展出拳力量和速度,关键在于核心素质的练习。研究通过对两组运动员进行力量训练干预实验,实验前后对实验对象进行运动生物力学方面的测试和结果统计,研究结果:核心力量训练后①实验组运动员做前手摆拳动作时的髋关节屈伸角度(140.30±2.07°)比实验前更大(P<0.05),②实验组出拳阶段的髋部(2.863±0.107m/s)和肩部(4.137±0.132m/s)速度提升,带动拳峰部的出拳速度(11.033±1.116m/s)提升,③实验组与对照组在出拳阶段与总时间上均有明显缩短。研究结论:①核心力量训练有助于增加散打前手摆拳击打路线,提升技术动作的稳定性;②核心力量训练能提高散打前手摆拳整体出拳速度;③核心力量训练与传统力量训练都具备缩短前手摆拳动作时间的效果。The punch strength and speed of Sanda project are considered key factors to influence the striking effect of sanda technology,and the improvement of punch strength and speed mainly depends on the training of strength quality.The intervention experiment of strength training is conducted in two groups of athletes in this research,and the test and result statistics of experimental subjects are conducted in terms of sports biomechanics before and after the experiment,and then the research results show that:after the core strength training,①the hip joint flexion and extension angle(140.30±2.07)of front hook punch motion by athletes in the experimental group is larger than that before the experiment(P<0.05);②the speed boosting of the hip(2.863±0.107m/s)and shoulder(4.137±0.132m/s)of experimental group at punch stage drives the improvement of punch speed(11.033±1.116m/s);③the total time of both experimental group and control group at punch time obviously shrinks.Researcconclusions:①Core strength training helps to increase the hand-waving sanda route before sanda and improve the stability of technical movements;②Core strength training can improve the overall speed of hand sanda before sanda;③Core strength training and traditional strength training have the effect of shortening the action time of hand swing.
